Using the Bio tag I was hoping fleas would be eliminated. It is better but not 100%

Tag seems to have helped keep flies off my horses and has stayed braided into mane where i put it (even with 2 horses together). Wish i had put them on earlier in the fly season.

I started with Biopet 2 years ago when I got my puppy and moved to the country. Never had any fleas and only one tick ever found on him and it didnt stay on him, I was able to just brush it off. Works great for my pyr/shepard puppy who at 8 months is bigger than Bear my 2.25 yr old lab/pyr/shepard mix. She wears two tags and never a flea ever since I brought her home at 8 weeks old. My indoor/outdoor cat has one and no fleas on ticks either. My indoor cat is 15 and uses the mobility tag. Seems to be helping her get around better. And she is getting feisty again with my 2 year old cat. Overall amazing product. Highly recommend!.

This tag works well repelling fleas & ticks…But..in the short time I’ve had them on my dogs they have all become detached. Two of the three I purchased have been lost.

Thank you for leaving a review for our BioPower Pet Shield. We're glad to hear that it's been working well for repelling fleas and ticks. However, we're sorry to hear that the tags have been falling off easily. There is an alternative to hanging the BioPower pet tags on the collar. They may be placed in a holder designed for the Apple AirTag that attaches to your pet's collar. As long as the tag is not completely covered it will not impact the effectiveness, but at least one side needs to be open (ideally the one with the symbol on it). I can't tell this has had any effect on fleas at all. My cat still gets fleas on her. Been using this at least a month.

We hope wee had discovered the next new flea protection but after two weeks and two bath and coming them every night we got 8 yo 12 fleas off out two 18lb pups every night. So I see no help from this product. wasted Monet if we do not get refund as promised in the ad.

My horse is s dapple gray, which seems to attract more flies than other colors. I've had the shield braided into her mane for weeks now and she still has a large # of flies around eyes, legs and belly. I'd hoped for better, esp. at that price.

The Pet Shield is designed to help reduce flea, tick, and mosquito issues, but depending on your horse’s environment, additional support may sometimes be needed for flies around the face and legs. Many of our horse customers find success by pairing the Shield with our natural Spray or adding the Horse Stall tag. Since I put the Biopower tag on my dog there has not been one tick (dead or alive) in my house! We live in the Northeast which has been very, very buggy this year. This product is fantastic! Now can you make for humans to ward off mosquitos??

I started my flea tag little over month ago and got the spray it is not repelling fleas off of this particular dog he’s miserable.

I received them. Put them on my dogs collars, and took the flea collars off. Wished I wouldn’t have thrown them away, because we are infested with fleas now.
This is my second year with the flea and tick tags. I have been impressed with the product. No fleas or ticks on my two dogs. So happy not to have to give them pills or topical treatments. I definitely believe this is the way to go with your fur babies. 🐾❤️

I am pleased to say that the spray is repelling the mosquitoes from biting my Yorkie, but they still get her. I live in a very bad area. I also have the tag for the allergies and bought the spray to help it helps but she still getting bitten here and there I live in Florida so it is pretty bad here with the mosquitoes..

Placed on my 2 dogs when received approximately 1 month ago. Have not seen a change in itching so far.

We just started our second year with the PetShield. It's been great to not have to use the toxic monthly pills, but I am also using a lot of cedar spray on bedding and around the house, so I know the Pet Shield alone is not 100% effective (as expected). I would have appreciated a reminder that my first year was coming to an end so I could have ordered my new one before the old one lost effectiveness, and during the time of the old one being spent and the new one becoming effective, I did find a few ticks on my dog. I do intend to continue using the Pet Shield, but I wish I understood better how it works.

We do send email reminders before the one-year mark so you can reorder before the first PetShield completes its effective period. In most cases, when customers don’t see the reminder, it’s because the email ended up in a spam or junk folder. We’ll make a note to ensure you’re on our list for next year’s reminders as well.
You’re also correct that the PetShield works best as part of an integrated approach—especially during peak flea and tick seasons—so using it alongside your cedar spray is a great strategy.

We have had the Pet shields for our dogs for a month or two . I have absolutely no worries that they will have fleas. I have noticed that not very many flying bugs go around them like they used to. We love them !!
