International Shipping
Shipping from this website is available to most international destinations. The shipping cost will be presented during the checkout process on the Shipping page and includes shipping expense as well as any duties, taxes, or import fees that will be payable. You will not need to pay anything upon delivery.
Consumable products like the Pet Shield Chews and the Horse Shield Pellets - and the kits and bundles that include them - are not available for export. The Pet Shield tag and spray and the Horse Shield tag are available for international destinations.
We offer two options:
- Duties Taxes Paid Standard - The estimated time for delivery is 8 to 16 business days plus 2 to 7 days for processing. Available for orders < US$750.
- Duties Taxes Paid Express - The estimated time for delivery is 4 to 5 business days plus 2 to 7 days for processing
Please note that these times are estimates and are not guaranteed. It could take significantly longer depending on the destination country, customs clearance issues, etc.
You will be provided with tracking information via email after your order ships (this could take up to 7 days). For Express shipments DHL, FedEx, or UPS will be the carrier, and for Standard shipments the carrier that delivers it will depend on the destination country and other factors, and we are not able to determine that ahead of time.
For returns or exchanges the return shipping would be your responsibility, and return refunds do not include shipping costs.
Our shipping insurance is not valid for international shipments. If a product arrives damaged we will issue a refund.
